about me.

i am twenty eight years old and i always have and will live in nyc (i hope).

i live for photographing moments that should be captured forever and never forgotten. my art is meant to enable you to see what i see and what you may have not seen without me. film and vintage cameras are my favorite medium. i love to shoot nature, but i am not a nature photographer. the same goes for portraits, architecture, animals and inanimate objects. experimenting with different films, cameras and styles is something i wish to be known for and never want to stop doing. being restricted to a photographic style or medium is just as frustrating to me as being stuck in one place for a long time. to travel and see as much of the world is the most important thing to accomplish in my life. adventures thrill me. i feel that i should have been born in a different time. old things with stories and a history make me happy. pressing the shutter button, wind in my hair, rain on my skin, music in my ears, sunshine in my eyes, amazing food in my mouth, and seeing the world through my eyes and in my imagination reminds me why i am alive. these are a few of my favorite things. and that should include brown paper packages tied up with string.
